Weight Watchers Journey #4

I have not been to my Weight Watchers class for the last 2 weeks due to an impromptu holiday to the Lake District, so this last week has been all about trying to rein myself in from all those cream teas I've been enjoying!


I was pleased to see that I had only put on 2lbs, now it's back to following the plan and making sure I get rid of these gained pounds. 

I personally find the best way for me to loose weight is by recording everything I eat on the Weight Watchers IPhone App, this ensures I'm honest with myself and don't eat more points than I should do.
