I'm disappointed to say that I've stayed the same weight as last week, so my weight loss still stands at 6.5lbs.
I have been told by 3 separate people that I look like I've lost weight, so maybe I'm loosing inches rather than pounds.
I'm going to keep trying for this next week but if I have another week of maintaining the same weight, I will have to mix things up a bit in the hope that will give me a push.
Everyone gets down days. Stay positive, don't beat yourself up about few munchies and you'll get back on track :) you'll be fine!
